Why do we need your phone number and sometimes need to call you when you have made an order?
We may need to call you for verification purposes before delivery. With your current phone number we are able to verify & complete your order in the quickest possible time (under 30 mins).
1)There may have been an error on your order, a mis-spelt character name or complications with payment.
2)If you have been unavailable to receive your order, we may call you to ask you to collect your order ingame, if remote delivery is not available.
3) For largers orders, we must confirm your identity and legitimate possesion of the card or Paypal account you are using to pay. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scammers, something which benefits all our customers and MMORPG players.
4) If you are worried about an order or have not managed to resolve an issue via e-mail, we may call you to assure you and help resolve any problems you are having.
What time are you likely to call me regarding an order?
We are aware of vast time differences between certain countries, and so we will strive to call you within 20-40 minutes after your order is made to ensure you are available and that we don’t wake you up!
My home phone number is invalid , can you verify me on another number ?
If your home phone number is invalid .then we can verify your order with another phone number.your mobile phone number is fine.Or if you wish,contact us when your home phone number is usable.

All orders are subjected to further verification and this is done in the interest of our customers' security. Due to the nature of our business dealing with virtual items, purchases paid by Credit Cards and Paypal are more likely to be flagged for verification than other less risky payment options.

• Ensure that your e-mail address is always up to date, as all updates will be sent to the customer via e-mail.

•Please send a picture of your Passport . Driver's license or Identification Card to bear out you are the card owner.
• Please enclosed a fax or scan of the front and back of the credit card.

We may request for additional documentation if we are unable to verify the order details due to communication barriers or outdated information. Documents can be sent in the form of a Fax or Scan. All documents received will remain private and confidential and used for verification purposes only.
