While you could find the Interface to be easy to manipulate, some others find it frustrating to use, so you could give an explanation.br. You use the WSAD keys to move or the mouse to point-and-click.

Use the R key to attack br
Use the C key to sit br
Use the B key to select the nearest NPC (useful if someone's sitting on top of the NPC you want to talk to. br.
Your left hand should sit resting on the WSAD, with your pointer finger ready to shift to R, C, or B. br.
Your right hand should be on the mouse, so you can rotate the camera and select NPCs. br.
When in combat, your left hand should move to the hotkey buttons (1,2,3,4, etc.)br.
If you are kiting, shift your hand up away from the B/C keys so you have easier access to the hotkeys while you are still able to move.br.
